RETURNS

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in it's original packaging.
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Some items cannot be returned, including:

  • Digital products or downloads
  • Gift cards
  • Items damaged due to misuse
  • Custom or personlised items

REFUNDS

We will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, you refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within  -  5-10 business days.

SHIPPING COSTS

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect when received.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • your order number
  • photos of the item and packaging

We will arrange a replacement or refund
